Fish Property Management was founded in 2012 combining Fish Real Estate’s 58 years of real estate expertise in Williamsport with Jennifer Ruelens’ expertise in property management. Our mission is to be the market leader in property management services, protecting and growing the value of our clients’ real estate investments.

  • Brent M. Fish

    » Broker

    Brent Fish is a recognized leader in the central Pennsylvania real estate marketplace. A successful entrepreneur, Brent Fish has taken a traditional, family-owned real estate firm and transformed it from a main street residential brokerage into a diversified residential, commercial, property management and recreational properties real estate organization. Loyal to his hometown roots, Brent is the current Chair of the UPMC Susquehanna Invitational which has raised over $1 million in support of unbudgeted items for the local healthcare system. He has served on the Williamsport Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Properties Committee; the Williamsport Planning Commission; the Lycoming County Natural Gas Task Force; and the Economic and Community Growth Corporation. Brent has been recognized with the Small Business of the Year Award by the Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and Top 5 Producer Award by the MLS Board of Realtors six times.

  • Jennifer S. Ruelens, MBA

    » Vice President

    Jennifer lives in South Williamsport with her husband Dave and their dogs, Vivi and Frankie. Some of her favorite things about Williamsport include the lack of traffic, farmers market, and the Susquehanna River Walk. Jennifer started her career in property management in Harrisburg, PA leasing and managing various large rental communities in 2004. After taking some time to complete a full time MBA program at Penn State, she moved to Williamsport and partnered with Fish Real Estate to create Fish Property Management. In 2017, Fish Property Management merged with Brigandi Kissinger’s Property Management company, and she now leads this business in managing the largest residential real estate portfolio in the area. Her passion is finding ways to maximize the value of her clients’ investments by providing comfortable homes for people, reducing risk in operations, and by controlling costs. Jennifer frequently gives rental property advice on news programs and podcasts. She also teaches a Landlord 101 course at the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Workforce Development Center. When she isn’t working, she is playing with her dogs in the river. Some of her favorite things include dinosaur toys, Old Bay seasoning, and cross-stitching sassy samplers.

  • Jennifer Rippey

    » Director of Property Management

    Jennifer lives in Lock Haven with her husband, Steve. She has one daughter and two grandsons, and she loves spending time with them.  She enjoys travelling and frequently visits Key West and Marco Island in Florida. Jennifer has over 16 years of experience in property management. Her primary responsibility at Fish Property Management managing the efforts of our leasing and property management team. She helps them to successfully lease properties, manage issues and communicate with our clients. Jennifer loves meeting new people and that is one of her favorite things about her job.

  • Melissa Jackson

    » Director of Operations

    Melissa joined Fish Property Management as the Accounting Manager and was quickly promoted to Director of Operations. She has over 6 years of accounting experience, and we are happy to have her expertise on our team. Melissa’s responsibilities at Fish Property Management include processing all receivables and payables, reporting to clients, and many human resource functions. Her favorite parts of her role are learning new things and working with our tenants and clients. Melissa and her husband live in the Jersey Shore area. She has two sons, one is a graduating senior and the other is in college, and a dog named Grizzly. When she isn’t working, Melissa enjoys running on the River Walk, hiking, and volunteering.

  • Michael Decker

    » Director of Maintenance 

    Michael is a native of Williamsport who has recently moved back to the area. Over the last several years, he has lived in Florida working as a superintendent for a home builder before moving to Pittsburgh where he managed a manufacturing facility. Michael has a business degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing his MBA at Duquesne University. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys reading, fishing, learning new hobbies and spending time with his son and loved ones.

  • Marlene Bower

    » Maintenance Coordinator

    Marlene is Fish Property Management’s Maintenance Coordinator. She expertly processes maintenance requests, schedules a team of technicians, and solves tenants’ issues in a timely manner. Marlene enjoys her role because no day is ever boring, and she is able to perform a wide variety of tasks. Before working at Fish Property Management, Marlene worked in a correctional facility where she had the opportunity to teach business skills to inmates. When she isn’t working, Marlene can be found on the Riverwalk, at home with her two dogs, or any place that has warm, blue water.

    » Property Manager

    Jessica Phillips

    Jessica is Fish Property Management’s leasing consultant who is based in the Williamsport office. She has an extensive background in property management and prides herself in matching the right property to the right person. Jessica's duties at Fish Property Management include helping tenants find their next homes and making sure her tenants continue to enjoy where they live. Jessica has lived in the area her entire life, and some of her favorite things about living here are hunting, camping, and going to the river. When she isn't working, she can be found spending time with her husband and daughters and their two spunky dogs. A few of Jessica's favorite things include anything pink, Dunkin' Coffee, and Pandora Radio.

  • Erica Mancini

    » Property Manager

    Erica is Fish Property Management’s leasing consultant who is based out of the Lock Haven office. She lives in Dunnstown with her boyfriend, dog, and cats. She previously worked in the Real Estate industry for three years and then became a licensed leasing agent for Fish Property Management. With nearly three years of experience as a leasing agent, Erica has a knack for working with people and properties. She spends most of her time working with tenants to find a perfect new home. When she isn’t working, Erica loves spending time with her friends, shopping, shooting pool, and playing with her cats. When she can get away to vacation, Erica enjoys going to Florida to soak up the sun.

  • Hannah Thomas

    » Office Assistant

    Hannah is Fish Property Management’s Office Assistant. She recently graduated from Lock Haven University with a degree in English and enjoys her role because it allows her to use her degree when proofreading drafts and creating emails. Hannah’s role is to support the other departments with administrative duties. You will often find her processing lots of mail, documents, bills, payments, and emails. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her pug, reading, and attempting to cook.

  • Andy Mathews

    » Maintenance Technician

    Andy is one of Fish Property Management’s team Maintenance Technicians who serves the Lock Haven area. He is tasked with attending to any issue a property may have and prioritizing his multitude of work orders. He is quick, helpful, and dedicated to getting his work done efficiently and effectively. Andy enjoys his role because it gives him the opportunity to have new challenges each and every day. When he isn’t at work, Andy can be found at home spending time with his wife, child, dog, and cats, or out on a hiking adventure.

  • Michael Gira

    » Maintenance Technician

    Mike is one of Fish Property Management’s Maintenance Technicians. He lives in the Muncy area with his wife and their 3 Old English Bulldogs. Having previously owned his own business and having taught construction for over 20 years, Mike is an expert Maintenance Technician and a valuable member of the Fish Property Management team. He is very creative when he has to create unique solutions to unusual repair problems and can be counted on for meticulous work. Mike enjoys his role as Maintenance Technician because of the variety in his day to day tasks, and the constant moving from one job to another in a quick manner. When he isn’t working, Mike spends his time scouring auctions for good deals, making furniture, and creating his own wine.
